It is essential to have an understanding of the regulatory due dates that apply to your facility each year. Whether you are a new EHS manager or have decades of experience, a compliance calendar is an easy way to keep track of all the compliance tasks that are required and when they are due.

Common Reporting Deadlines:
The lists below should help you build your compliance calendar. The reports listed below are common reports that are due for many different facilities. Please note that a detailed review of all permits and regulatory requirements should be conducted to ensure that all compliance tasks are represented on your compliance calendar, the below list is not a comprehensive list of what is required for your facility.
Air Reporting Due Dates
- 3/31/25 | Green House Gas (GHG) Inventory
- 3/31/25 | Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS) Report
- 3/31/25 | TN Conditional Major Compliance Status Report
- 7/1/25 | AL Annual Facility Emissions Report – Title V
- Permit Based | Air Emissions Inventory
- Permit Based | Annual Compliance Certification (ACC) – Title V
Water Reporting Due Dates
- 1/31/25 | GA (EPD) – Industrial General Permit – Annual Report
- 3/31/25 | TN (TDEC) – Storm Water Monitoring Report
- See Note | TN (TDEC) – SWPPP Comprehensive Site Evaluation
Note: Site evaluation to be completed each calendar year
Waste Reporting Due Dates
- 3/1/25 | TN (TDEC) – HW Annual Report
- 2026 | AL (ADEM) – HW Biennial Report (LQG)
Additional Reporting Due Dates
- 3/1/25 | OSHA Annual Injury and Illness Summary
- 3/1/25 | Tier II
- 7/1/25 | Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) / Form R
